Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and specifications to prospective buyers, emphasizing high-end and luxury models
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, cold calling, and B2B sales strategies
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize dealership profitability
- Upsell additional products, services, warranties, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure the availability of popular models
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and support sales support activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles preferred
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and public speaking abilities
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or outbound sales environments
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
