Responsibilities:
✔ Deliver high-quality waxing services with precision and efficiency.
✔ Provide an exceptional guest experience through professional service, education, and aftercare recommendations.
✔ Maintain the highest sanitation and hygiene standards.
✔ Support business growth through effective sales and client retention strategies.
✔ Utilize salon software (Zenoti) to manage appointments and records efficiently.
Qualifications:
✔ Valid Cosmetology or Esthetics License (Required)
✔ Proficiency in body waxing (Strongly preferred)
✔ Exceptional sales skills (Required if lacking waxing experience)
✔ Strong customer service and communication abilities
✔ Team-oriented, professional, and committed to excellence
✔ Familiarity with salon sanitation protocols and software (Zenoti experience a plus)
