Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Technician for cutting and polishing to join our fast-paced dental laboratory. This role focuses on the precise fabrication of high-quality night guards using 3D impressions. Ideal candidates will have excellent hand skills and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-standard products. Prior dental lab experience is not required.
We are a close-knit team of about 25 employees who take pride in maintaining a low turnover rate and a supportive, drama-free work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Cutting & Shaping: Accurately cut and shape night guards from digital 3D impressions.
- Polishing/ finishing: Polish down sharp edges of guards
- Tool Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and calibrate tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow technicians and managers to ensure client satisfaction.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
- Flexibility for vacation, but no exception to our standard working hours
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $17.00 – $25.00
- Opportunities for Advancement: Merit-based compensation increases to be discussed during the interview process.
Requirements
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Las Vegas, NV 89119 before starting work
- Prior dental lab experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
