**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and architecture, with proficiency in various design software tools but not experience requeired.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design solutions
- Create detailed drawings, models, and visualizations using CAD software
- Assist in the development of project plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for projects
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with team members
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in CAD software such as Revit for drafting and modeling
- Knowledge of interior design principles and techniques
- Ability to build and draft architectural designs
- Experience with Grasshopper, MicroStation, or other design tools is a plus
- Strong graphic design skills for creating visual presentations
- Understanding of system design and schematics
