Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager for an Ultra Lounge to lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This full-time paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the success of a premier nightlife destination. The Chalet is open 3pm-1am so this position requires late nights.
Duties
- Lead all aspects of lounge operations, including staff management, guest relations, and service quality standards
- Supervise events, reservations, and buyouts ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes and excellent phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems
- Manage staffing schedules, human resources functions, and training programs to foster a motivated and professional team
- Oversee revenue management strategies, including pricing, promotions, and budgeting to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, organized environment
- Cultivate positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and exceeding expectations
- Coordinate with security personnel to uphold safety protocols and manage night audit procedures effectively
Skills
- Proven supervisory experience within hospitality or nightlife venues with strong leadership capabilities
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse clientele
- Extensive knowledge of hotel management principles, including front desk operations and hotel experience preferred
- Strong understanding of revenue management, budgeting, and financial oversight in hospitality settings
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Ability to manage human resources functions such as staffing, training, and conflict resolution effectively
- Experience in nightclub, resort or hotel environments is advantageous for understanding guest expectations and service standards

Pay: $70,576.81 - $85,178.52 per year
