Job Summary
There are various tasks carried out during the shift and providing support to our work colleagues and company, for a smooth and seamless transition. These include as follows:
Concepts:
- Pulling products for each concept during down time and after rush periods
- Making trash runs throughout the day
- Ensure overall appearance of concepts on dining floor / publics’ eye are acceptable to MCM and GSP standards
- Address maintenance / concerns at concepts with appropriate contacts
Storage Room:
- Accepting deliveries through Bradford Logistics
- Putting up products in a neat and organized fashion
- Cleaning storage areas as needed after truck deliveries
Catering Events:
- Coordinate with Management on details and what products are needed
- Check catering items (plates, serving utensils, Sternos, etc.) and order accordingly
- Staging and delivering items to the designated area of event
Responsibilities
- Support cooks and kitchen staff in various tasks as needed, including food handling.
- Ensure proper storage of food items to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up as required.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working collaboratively with team members.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety standards is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent hospitality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
