We are the Irvine franchisee of a popular Taiwanese boba brand. We aim to provide a consistent source of high quality tea to our customers. We are looking for staff who are able to provide good customer service, execute efficient drink production, and maintain a positive/healthy work environment.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a full-time team member who is capable of working in both our Kitchen and Storefront (Barista) positions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality and consistency, and is looking to grow within the company.
We are seeking experienced individuals who are interested in long-term development and career progression, with opportunities to move into Shift Lead and Management roles.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare drinks to company standards with accuracy and speed
- Cook and prepare kitchen items (boba, teas, etc.) consistently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front and back of house
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Work as a team to support smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous food service, café, tea shop, or barista experience preferred
- Can work both morning shifts
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
- Reliable, responsible, and eager to improve and learn
- Ability to stand and move throughout shift
