Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hospice Community Liaison to serve as a vital bridge between our hospice services and the community. In this role, you will actively engage with healthcare providers, patients, families, and community organizations to promote understanding of hospice care options. Your enthusiasm and strong communication skills will drive awareness, foster relationships, and ensure that those in need receive compassionate, timely support. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations to promote hospice services.
- Conduct informational sessions to educate about hospice care benefits and services.
- Identify potential patients and facilitate smooth transitions into hospice care by providing clear guidance and support.
- Negotiate service agreements and coordinate with external partners to expand outreach efforts.
- Manage territory effectively by scheduling visits, tracking engagement activities, and analyzing regional needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to tailor care plans that meet individual patient needs while meeting organizational goals for growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in hospice or healthcare required.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in account management, territory management, and outside sales strategies.
- Deep compassion and integrity in patient care and adherence to hospice philosophy.
- Analytical skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and sales performance metrics to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels within healthcare settings.
- Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts, scheduling visits, and maintaining detailed records.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for community outreach activities.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Pay negotiatble based on experience
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
