Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service excellence.
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff through effective training, team management, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and health regulations across all departments.
- Manage inventory control, food production, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
- Conduct shift management by planning schedules, supervising daily activities, and resolving operational issues promptly.
- Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and addressing guest feedback proactively.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of food industry practices including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management.
- Strong background in restaurant management with supervisory experience in hospitality teams.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and financial analysis like profit & loss review.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting, inventory control, food safety protocols, and managing hospitality teams.
- Experience in catering, banquet operations or hotel settings is a plus; culinary experience or barista/café background is advantageous.
