Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with genuine hospitality.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Exatouch ensuring quick and correct processing of sales transactions.
- Provide expert recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, spirits, and cocktails to enhance guest satisfaction through upselling techniques.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special dietary needs or guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or hospitality backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest relations expertise.
- Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
