Complex Fabricators produces parts for a variety of markets, including aerospace customers. Our goal is to ensure that our products are made to the highest of standards. We are in a phase of growth and expansion and are looking for Welders to join our team. Welder Job Responsibilities:
· Fit up, MIG and/or TIG welding, sawing, cutting, and grinding on products
· Produce precision parts or products to print using various machines or equipment
· Use GD&T knowledge to read and understand blueprints and then measure parts
· Follow quality system requirements (ISO9001/AS9100)
· Safely operate forklifts, other lift equipment, and/or cranes to move material as required
· Use Lean Manufacturing knowledge, principles, and tools to continuously improve
· Maintain organized (5S) work areas
· Follow detailed instructions to meet all Safety and Quality requirements
· Commitment to the company through excellent attendance
Skills and Qualifications:
· Welding experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
· Possess or acquire in a reasonable amount of time a Professional Certification (e.g., an AWS welding certificate)
· Safety-minded
· Understand the importance of skilled craftmanship
· Quality focus with attention to detail
· Good judgment and decision-making skills
· Competency using mechanical inspection tools
· A high school diploma or GED
· Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
· Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time
· Must have good eyesight (corrected), including depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to differentiate between colors
Wage negotiable depending on experience. As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check.
Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
