Requirements
To qualify as a contractor, you must have:
- Proof of General Liability Insurance (to cover accidental property damage or injuries).
- Workers Comp (optional but preferred)
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites
- Your own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism
- Prior cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or both) preferred
- Able to accept direct deposits for jobs completed
What You’ll Do
- Provide cleaning services such as standard, deep, move-in/out, or commercial cleaning
- Communicate professionally with clients and confirm job details
- Deliver top-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations
Compensation
- Pay based on project size and service type. Cleaners will receive a percentage (usually 50%) of each job. The company retains the remaining percentage to cover marketing, administration, scheduling, and operational costs.
