One North Coffee and Bake Shop in Mercersburg, PA is looking for part-time baristas to join our team. We are located at 1 North Main Street. Our ideal candidate is motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented. Please note posted wage includes tips. The starting wage is $8 per hour plus tips, typically resulting in $11-15 per hour.
Responsibilities

Prepare food and drink orders and provide exemplary customer service.
- Ring up orders on the register accurately.
- Assist with restocking and managing inventory.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen and food service area to align with Health and Safety guidelines and proper food handling.
- Daily food preparation for standard menu items
Qualifications

Minimum (1) year kitchen and/or Barista experience.
- Knowledge of PA State Health and Safety Codes/Food Handler's Certificate and/or ServSafe Certification preferred
- Team player who can also work independently
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
