Why this role is different
- New grads are highly welcomed — and we mean it. This isn't a posting that says "new grads welcome" then expects five years of experience. We want to develop you. Your hunger to learn matters more than your résumé.
- Weekly clinical and hands-on training. Every week we run live, hands-on workshops — manual therapy, treatment protocols, real technique you can use the next day. You'll build a skill set most therapists take years to develop.
- True mentorship, not a buzzword. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with an experienced Clinical Director who's invested in your growth, gives real feedback, and has your back. We coach you — we don't just schedule you.
- A clear path up. As we grow, you grow. We're building leadership, senior-clinician, and mentorship roles from within. Get in early and rise with the clinic.
- Quality care over volume. We protect your time with patients so you can actually treat — and actually learn — instead of running on a treadmill.
What you'll do
- Evaluate, treat, and progress patients through individualized, outcomes-driven plans of care
- Develop your hands-on/manual therapy skills with weekly mentorship and direct coaching
- Build lasting patient relationships and own your patients' results from eval to discharge
- Collaborate with a tight, supportive team of PTs, PTAs, and coaches
- Grow into greater clinical autonomy — and leadership — as you develop
What we're looking for
- DPT (or about to graduate) with a NJ PT license or license-eligible status
- New grads strongly encouraged to apply — coachability and drive are what we value most
- A genuine interest in hands-on, manual-therapy-based care
- A team player who wants to build something, not just clock in
- Strong communication and a patient-first mindset
