Job Summary:
As a Market Growth Manager at Innovative Service Providers, you will play a critical role in
driving the company's expansion by leading client retention, acquisition, and talent sourcing
strategies. You will work closely with market leaders to ensure that each city has a strong
recruiting pipeline and scalable staffing plans to support current accounts and future growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, capable of building sourcing
partnerships, identifying talent pools, and supporting upselling opportunities with existing clients.
You’ll directly impact how the company enters new markets, scales operations, and sustains
service quality.
Reports To: Regional Director of Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Strategy & Talent Pipeline Development:
- Design and implement recruiting strategies tailored to specific market needs and
workforce demands.
- Collaborate with Area Managers and/or market leaders to create weekly and monthly
recruiting plans for field execution.
- Analyze candidate flow, job fill rates, and market challenges to adjust sourcing strategies
in real time.
- Identify and establish partnerships with local organizations, workforce centers,
community programs, and referral networks.
- Increase company presence in the market by supporting recruiting events, job fairs,
community outreach campaigns.
Client Acquisition & Expansion:
- Identify new business opportunities and support the sales journey in different stages.
- Participate in client meetings to gather service needs and staffing expectations.
- Assist with upselling efforts by proposing expanded staffing solutions to current clients
based on demand or seasonal growth.
- Increase company presence in the market by participating in industry-related networking
events.
Strategic Alignment & Market Launch Support:
- Ensure alignment between business development efforts and operational capacity,
providing clear guidance on hiring plans that match current and future service demands.
- Anticipate workforce and leadership needs in advance to ensure the company is
prepared to support growth efficiently and sustainably.
- Act as the strategic connector between sales promises and service delivery, ensuring the
operational team is set up to fulfill commitments made to clients.
- Lead efforts to open new markets by identifying required management roles, defining
recruiting needs, and ensuring seamless client onboarding.
- Oversee the setup process for new accounts, working alongside the Regional Director to
ensure a smooth and successful launch.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, or market
expansion roles.
- Proven success in developing sourcing pipelines and supporting sales or client
acquisition efforts.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Familiarity with staffing and hospitality industries is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel between cities and support multiple markets as needed.
