PMP Personnel Services is partnering with Northern Michigan healthcare organizations that are actively hiring Medical Assistants, Medical Records professionals, and healthcare support staff in Traverse City.

Current openings may include clinical support, patient intake, medical records, scheduling, healthcare administration, and medical office support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
- Support patient intake and appointment flow
- Maintain medical records and documentation
- Navigate EMR/EHR systems accurately
- Assist providers with clinical and administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
- Verify insurance and collect patient information
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
- Support healthcare reporting, audits, and documentation
- Maintain organized and professional medical office environments
What We’re Looking For
- Medical office, healthcare, or clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient service skills
- Comfortable using EMR/EHR systems and computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA preferred
