Lead Teacher (Full-Time)
Monday–Friday | Approximately 8:15 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Assistant Teachers
Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
Typical part-Time shifts include:
- 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- 12:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
What You'll Do
- Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom where children can learn and thrive.
- Foster children's academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development.
- Teach through hands-on learning, creativity, and play.
- Share Bible stories, Christian values, and the love of Jesus in everyday moments.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom while following all licensing standards and school policies.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine love for children and a positive, nurturing attitude.
- Has previous experience working with young children (required for Lead Teachers and preferred for Assistant Teachers).
- Is dependable, patient, and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is comfortable teaching Bible stories and Christian values.
- Is willing to sign Meadows Place Preschool's Statement of Faith.
- Can successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) CPR and First Aid Certification. Meadows Place Preschool will assist with certification if needed.

Competitive pay of $14.00–$16.00 per hour, based on experience and position.
