Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CNC Tool Grinder Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in precision manufacturing while learning from experienced professionals in a hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:

Learn to set up and operate CNC tool grinding machines

Assist in the production and reconditioning of precision cutting tools

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Perform basic inspections using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all safety and quality standards

Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Requirements
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Interest in machining, manufacturing, or skilled trades

Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and quality

Basic math and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a team environment
