Overview
To provide the highest level of end-consumer service and sales support with the focus of building brand integrity. Brand integrity will be achieved by promptly processing orders, handling consumer inquiries, and maintaining a deep understanding of the Deuter and Ortovox product offerings. The position requires effective team work, problem solving and exceptional communication skills.
Reports to: Sales Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Consumer and dealer inquiries through online platforms, email and telephone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product questions for deuter and ORTOVOX customers.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base of constantly evolving products and services
- Order processing for direct-to-consumer sales and business-to-business channels
- Verify, process and release orders to the warehouse
- Establish good working relationships with Dealers and External Sales Reps
- Provide additional support for Key accounts
- Enter and adjust Preseason, ASAP and forecast orders for the wholesale channel
- Maintain a current knowledge of product availability and backorder status
- Perform other tasks as required
Other priorities, tasks and projects may be assigned from time-to-time as the business necessitates.

Requirements
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED:
High School graduate or GED.
Customer service experience.
PREFERRED:
Outdoor industry customer service experience.
Consumer facing sales and service experience.
General outdoor product and usage knowledge.
Avalanche beacon knowledge is a plus!
REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES OR KNOWLEDGE
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer literate. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Familiar with Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Lifting to 50lbs. Occasional light to strenuous hiking, backpacking, biking, climbing and skiing.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Business office, trade show booth environments, travel (domestic) and work hours as needed to achieve goals.

· $45,000.00 to $50,000.00
