Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.
- Provide a variety of massage techniques including swedish, deep tissue, hot stone
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address pain management effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment area.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in client's assessment techniques to identify specific needs.
- Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities.
- Knowledgeable in pain management strategies and occupational health principles.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices.

- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients.
