Summary:
Provide administrative, clerical, and social media support to ensure efficient office operations. Handle reception duties, document preparation, marketing assistance, and basic office maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer/route phone calls and emails
- Maintain office supplies and place orders
- Assist with records management and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support team members with administrative tasks and business logistics
- Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts
- Help manage company social media accounts and engagement
- Monitor social media activity and coordinate with agents or management on content updates
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Proficiency with AI tools, Word, Excel, Outlook, and back-office systems
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Professional phone manner and customer-service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong sense of confidentiality regarding sensitive/private information
