Receptionist; Hourly with opportunity of $1500 Performance Bonus
HARN Financial Group is seeking experienced office receptionist to join our established Accounting & Tax Firm. Established in 2011 with 2 locations serving the Houston Metropolitan and surrounding areas with over 4000 active clients; we are interested in both part-time & full-time team members to join our family.
Qualifications:
2 plus years of office admin, receptionist, or customer representative experience preferred but not mandatory
Strong interpersonal traits with effective communication skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications; Word, Power Point, Excel, & Outlook
Customer service-oriented individuals with desire to learn, adapt, & grow
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and professional interaction for clients both in person and over the phone
Maintain a professional and organized front office/lobby area
Maintain filing and safe keeping of all client records by company guidelines to meet IRS requirements
Data entry of client personal and income information
Assist clients in booking appointments for office visits
Support company initiatives around client care, community outreach, & client retention efforts
