With limited supervision, perform primary and routine hose assembly operations in accordance with military and other assembly standards using blueprints/drawings, visual aids, and verbal and written instructions.
SKILLS/SPECIFICATIONS

- Ability to take direction, meet targets, and work efficiently under a supervising authority.
- Must exhibit a physical competency in handling light lifting and other strenuous activities associated with this position
- Perform other duties when assigned by supervisor and upper management.
- Must be detail-oriented and have basic math skills and knowledge of measuring devices.
- A motivated worker who can handle delegated tasks autonomously.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) or two (2) years of previous experience preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Perform a wide range of complex assembly operations on components or subassemblies in accordance with military and other assembly standards using blueprints/drawings, visual aids, and verbal and or written instructions.
- Prep components before assembly, clean, mark, and inspect components, subassemblies, or completed assemblies.
- Test/environmentally test finished assemblies.
- Set up and operate necessary equipment and machinery
- Spray, paint, and mix various compounds.
- Observe proper health and safety procedures in handling hazardous chemicals.
- Identify and report to the lead or supervisor any difficulty that would affect the correctness and quality of the work in progress.
- Follow and support Lean and 5S initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
