Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and community involvement
- Educate clients on insurance solutions including auto, home, life, business, and specialty products
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and customer relationships
- Develop marketing and branding strategies for business growth
- Leverage social media and online platforms to expand visibility and lead generation
- Stay current on industry trends and insurance products
- Learn agency operations, staffing, customer retention, and business management
