Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Service Tech II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform advanced maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems across various commercial and industrial settings. Your mechanical expertise and field service skills will ensure our clients receive efficient, high-quality solutions that keep their environments comfortable and operational.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair complex HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, boilers, and ammonia refrigeration equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents to accurately troubleshoot issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to optimize performance and extend lifespan.
- Conduct plumbing, electrical wiring, welding, and mechanical repairs as needed for system integrity.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to identify electrical or mechanical faults.
- Complete detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation of repairs performed.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar field service role with construction or property maintenance background.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC/R (refrigeration) systems, boilers, air conditioning units, and ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans accurately.
- Skilled in plumbing, appliance repair, welding, equipment repair, and general maintenance tasks.
- Experience with field service operations involving property management or industrial facilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL or <PERSON> driver certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as ohmmeters and diagnostic equipment used in troubleshooting electrical issues.

Pay: $25.00 - $34.24 per hour
