Welder – 1st Shift
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $22.00–$23.00 per hour
Schedule: First Shift
Alliance Workforce is hiring an experienced Welder for a full-time, first-shift opportunity in Tampa. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, can follow directions, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal parts and materials
- Read and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
- Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials before welding
- Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
- Use welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
- Assist with other shop duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous welding experience required
- MIG and/or TIG welding experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints
- Experience using hand tools, grinders, and welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout the shift
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
