Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Technician to join our team in a hybrid role that combines sales inspections with hands-on service work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, identifying pest issues, recommending solutions, and performing treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties.
- Educate customers on pest issues and propose tailored solutions.
- Close sales by presenting clear, professional proposals.
- Perform pest control services in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, services, and products used.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and service performance goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by building trust and offering preventive guidance.
Qualifications
- Previous pest control or sales experience preferred (training provided).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in both sales and service environments.
- Ability to operate pest control equipment and safely handle products.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working from ladders, rooftops, or confined spaces as needed.
