E. E. Houghton Co., Inc. is looking for a Utilities & Sitework Project Manager with a focus on water and wastewater systems, civil earthwork, and project estimating. Experience is preferred but not required — we’re willing to invest in the right candidate with the right foundation.
What You’ll Do
- Be part of the management team for water & wastewater systems and civil earthwork projects from planning through closeout
- Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
- Track budgets, schedules, and project progress
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality and safety standards are met
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred; Associate’s degree in a related engineering field considered
- Background in water/wastewater infrastructure and civil earthwork
- Estimating and bidding skills a plus
- Experience is preferred but not required — motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
