Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on process improvement and effective inventory control.
Duties

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.

Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions through root cause analysis.

Operate forklifts safely to move products within the warehouse as needed.

Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records.

Support e-commerce operations by ensuring timely order fulfillment and accurate order processing.

Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement within inventory management.
Qualifications

Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management is preferred.

Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is advantageous.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.

Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.

Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes is beneficial.

Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
