Position Summary
The Dealer Operations Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for our dealer network, delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating projects from order placement through shipment. This role is centered on building lasting relationships, understanding our dealers' unique needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to personalized service.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, product knowledge, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers by providing responsive, personalized customer service.
- Serve as the primary project coordinator for assigned dealer accounts, ensuring orders progress smoothly from quote to delivery.
- Welcome and onboard new dealers, providing guidance on products, ordering processes, and available resources.
- Develop a thorough understanding of company products to answer questions, recommend solutions, and troubleshoot customer concerns.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring all order details are complete.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and communicate delivery timelines with customers.
- Partner closely with the Plant Manager to prioritize production schedules based on customer needs, inventory availability, and business priorities.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential shortages or delays proactively.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Purchasing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve order issues, product concerns, and shipping challenges quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation within company systems.
- Communicate proactively with dealers, providing timely updates throughout the order process.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the dealer experience.
- Remain flexible and adapt quickly as priorities change to meet customer and business needs.

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
