Summary/Objective:
Keep the building and grounds maintained; perform basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs; document required inspectable maintenance, set up rooms for special functions use as needed. Advise the staff leader of concerns about the condition and maintenance of buildings and grounds. Meet with contractors and maintain supplies needed to perform duties
