Full job description The ideal candidate should have a passion for landscaping, minimum 5 years’ experience and a strong understanding of various landscape maintenance techniques. Duties • Perform lawn care activities including mowing, aerating, fertilizing, and weed control. • Supervise and train junior staff in landscape maintenance practices. • Irrigate plants and lawns effectively to promote healthy growth. • Conduct regular groundskeeping tasks such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, and seasonal planting. • Provide tree care services including pruning, trimming, and health assessments. Skills required • 5 years’ experience in supervising teams in landscape maintenance field. • Ability to irrigate efficiently using various irrigation systems. • Experience in operating equipment like tractors and ride on mowers. • Bi-lingual skills in Spanish and English is a plus. • Santa Barbara or Goleta resident is a plus! • Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm • Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour plus monthly bonus • Expected hours: 40 per week https://www.cutncleanlandscapes.com Please send us your resume!
