What you will be doing:
Place outgoing calls
Email, text
Establish relationships with customers.
Assist with scheduling visits.
Identifying the customer needs.
Confirm appointments by contacting customers prior to appointment date
Take high volume inbound calls
What we need from you:
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Customer service skills
Previous automotive experience or relevant telephone sales experience is preferred
Bilingual needed
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Excellent follow-through skills
Superior communication and customer service skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work weekdays, and weekends
A goal oriented, go getter mindset is a must!
