TXCRE is looking to hire a licensed real estate agent in the Houston area for a tenant representation role.
We are an online lead-driven commercial real estate company focused on helping business owners find, evaluate, and negotiate commercial lease spaces. This position is best suited for someone who is already licensed, comfortable using a CRM, responsive with leads, and experienced in real estate. Commercial real estate experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person if they already have solid real estate experience.
Position Details:
This is a tenant representation role with leads provided by the company. Company-provided leads are paid on a 50/50 commission split. If the agent brings in their own lead, the split may be different and will be based on the agent’s experience, book of business, and overall production history.
Requirements:
Applicants must already hold an active real estate license. Prior real estate experience is required. CRM experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate must be organized, responsive, professional, and comfortable working with online leads, business owners, landlords, and listing brokers.
Responsibilities Include:
Following up with provided leads, entering and updating lead activity in the CRM, helping tenants identify commercial spaces, scheduling tours, communicating with landlords and brokers, assisting with LOIs and lease negotiations, and helping clients move through the leasing process from initial inquiry to executed lease.
How Pay Works:
This is a 100% commission based position. There is no salary, hourly pay, or draw.
For company-provided leads, commissions are paid on a 50/50 split. If the agent brings in their own lead, the split may be different and will be based on the agent’s experience, book of business, and production history.
For purchase/sale transactions, commissions are paid the day of closing through the title company. For lease transactions, commissions are paid once TXCRE receives the commission payment from the co-broker, landlord, or listing broker.
