About the Role
As a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a technical authority responsible for maximizing equipment uptime and operational efficiency. You will lead complex troubleshooting efforts, mentor junior staff, and implement proactive maintenance strategies to ensure high-speed production lines operate at peak performance.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures to minimize production downtime.

Act as a subject matter expert for high-speed packaging, injection molding, and auxiliary facility systems.

Lead continuous improvement projects and overhaul initiatives to restore equipment to optimal condition.

Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance team troubleshooting capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance data and drive throughput improvements.

Provide technical training and mentorship to operators and maintenance staff on machine functionality and repair.

Execute preventative and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
Qualifications-
Minimum 6 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.

Proven ability to interpret complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Proficiency with precision measuring tools and shop equipment such as lathes and mills.

Strong background in PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, and servo motor systems.

Demonstrated experience leading technical projects or managing maintenance teams.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.

Advanced fabrication skills including TIG/MIG welding and metal cutting.

Experience with high-speed bottling or injection molding OEM equipment.

Expertise in industrial communication protocols like Ethernet/IP, Profibus, or CAN-bus.

Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
