Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teacher to join our team immediately for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidate must be comfortable with a multi-age, child centered approach to teaching. Our philosophy is strongly influenced by Montessori, Waldorf, Project Based and IB curriculum. Social emotional skills are practiced daily in our collaborative, non-competitive and peaceful community of learners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Conduct assessments to track children's progress
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques

Qualifications:
