We are a progressive behavioral health and wellness center dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Our team specializes in innovative treatments, including Spravato® (esketamine) therapy for treatment-resistant depression. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting both general medical operations and our Spravato® treatment program.
Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient intake, vital signs, and clinical documentation.
- Support day-to-day clinical operations, including room preparation and equipment setup.
- Facilitate Spravato® treatments:
- Verify patient eligibility and consent.
- Prepare treatment space and monitor patients throughout their session.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during observation periods.
- Document sessions accurately in the EMR.
- Educate patients on treatment protocols and provide compassionate support throughout their care journey.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed (scheduling, insurance coordination, inventory tracking).
Qualifications
- Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Prior experience in a behavioral health or medical office setting strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Spravato® treatment protocols a plus (training provided if not experienced).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and supportive in patient-facing situations.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
