Optima Business Management is hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team as AT&T Sales Associates in the Overland Park area. We partner with AT&T to provide customers with reliable fiber internet and wireless solutions through in-person, face-to-face interactions.
This is a full-time, entry-level sales role where your day-to-day will involve engaging directly with customers, learning proven sales techniques, and staying up to date on AT&T’s latest fiber and wireless services. If you’re someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build real-world business and communication skills, we provide the training and support to help you succeed.
AT&T Sales Associate - What You’ll Do
- Engage face-to-face with residential customers to introduce AT&T fiber and wireless services
- Conduct in-person sales presentations and answer customer questions clearly and professionally
- Learn and apply structured sales processes to guide customers through enrollment
- Stay up to date on current promotions, product updates, and service offerings
- Build rapport with customers to create a positive and trustworthy experience
- Work toward daily and weekly sales goals while developing your skills
- Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, sales, and product knowledge

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
