HOA Website Trainer & Customer Success Specialist
Company: ProHOAm, Inc. Location: In-office (Hybrid schedule available after onboarding) Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary with Possibility of Permanent Placement Pay: $17-$25 / hour and/or commensurate with experience. Conversion to permanent will include software sales with a salary adjustment including a sales commission.
About the Role
ProHOAm, Inc. is looking for a motivated, personable professional to join our team as an HOA Website Trainer & Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for helping HOA boards, community managers, and homeowners get the most out of our website software — from initial training through ongoing support. You'll also play a key role in growing our customer base by helping new clients discover the value of our platform.
This is a full-time position. This role will require some travel to customer locations along Colorado's Front Range to provide on-site training.
What You'll Do
- Train HOA boards of directors and property managers on how to use our website software
- Provide responsive, friendly customer support to homeowners, board members, and managers with software-related questions
- Sell HOA website services to prospective new customers
- Build strong working relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
What We're Looking For
Required Experience:
- Experience working with or within homeowner associations (HOA)
- Experience with sales
- Other relevant customer service, training, or software support experience
Personal Characteristics:
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable learning and troubleshooting software tools
- Clear, confident communicator — both written and verbal

Schedule & Location Details
This role is based in our office, with the flexibility to move to a hybrid schedule over time. Candidates should be comfortable with occasional travel to customer locations along Colorado's Front Range to conduct on-site training sessions.
