Overview
We are seeking part-time experienced and enthusiastic Server/Bartenders to join our dynamic team. We have two locations (Williamsville & East Amherst). The ideal candidates will be flexible to work at both locations.
Duties
- Perform shifts as a Server or a Bartender.
- Greet customers and take orders, entering them in POS system.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through Toast POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
- Sell Retail Product when necessary.
Skills
- Previous Server & Bartending experience required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively.
- Excellent sales abilities to promote specials and increase revenue.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and ensuring accurate transactions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.70 per hour
