Logistics Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator. We are located in the Cary, North Carolina area. With over 20 years of experience providing the latest in Hi-Fi Audio solutions, Moon Audio is at the forefront of the Hi-Fi technology industry. You will be the one to coordinate the daily logistics coordination between our customers and various shipping companies. A great asset for Moon Audio would be a candidate with great communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and organization skills. This is a Full-time, in-person/onsite-only position. No hybrid or remote options.
Your ability to update customers promptly with keen attention to detail will set you apart! The ideal candidate will also have advanced computer skills which include working knowledge with Word, Excel, Shipping software similar to Shipstation, and FedEx and USPS software portals. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily assignment of logistics of incoming and outgoing
inventory and customer requirements.
Ensure all orders and shipping information are inputted into the system daily.
Update systems and coordinate changes with staff members
Ongoing communication with customers etc. to achieve mutual satisfaction
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, RMAs, and returns
of goods, etc.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management Skills
Proven experience as a logistics coordinator
Experience in customer service.
Knowledge window-based software systems
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Computer-savvy with an excellent experience with Word, Excel, and Shipping software similar to Shipstation, FedEx and USPS software portals.
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great record-keeping and Customer Service
Physical requirements
Must have the ability to carry boxes or reels of cable within the facility.

Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:
Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
BS/BA in business administration, supply chain management, or a relevant field
Must possess a minimum of two (5) years of experience in Logistics.
Must possess and be proficient with the listed software.
