- Welcome customers and their pets in a friendly and professional manner

Assist customers with questions about grooming services and appointments

Schedule, confirm, and update customer appointments

Check pets in and out for grooming services

Collect and process customer payments

Maintain accurate customer and appointment information

Keep the reception and customer areas organized and welcoming

Assist with general customer service and daily salon operations as needed
