Electrical Foreman
Location: Houston, Texas
Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 + full benefits
Hours: Full-time
A well-established construction team is looking to appoint an Electrical Foreman to support ongoing project delivery in Sugar Land and the wider Houston area. This is a key leadership position, offering the opportunity to take ownership of electrical works on complex, large-scale developments.
You will be responsible for leading teams on-site, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring delivery meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of assigned electrical scope, including manpower and materials
- Supervise and lead electrical crews across active sites
- Work collaboratively with superintendents and other trades
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability
- Leverage technology to track performance and support delivery
- Mentor and develop team members on-site
- Ensure all works comply with NEC and relevant codes
Requirements:
- Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing scope on large-scale projects
- Experience delivering multifamily or commercial construction projects
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5+
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
- Basic computer literacy
