Job Overview
Sioux Falls Limo Service is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with customers, and keeping service requests organized.
You will be one of the first points of contact for customers, assisting with reservations, answering questions, providing trip information, and helping ensure each customer has a smooth experience from booking through pickup.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and service inquiries.
- Assist customers with reservations and booking requests.
- Provide information about available transportation services and schedules.
- Confirm customer details, pickup locations, and trip information.
- Update reservations and customer records as needed.
- Communicate schedule changes or service updates to customers.
- Coordinate with drivers and internal staff regarding customer requests.
- Help resolve basic customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and pending requests.
- Maintain accurate notes and records of customer interactions.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to daily operations.
- Help create a welcoming and professional customer experience.

Requirements
