Mobile W-2 Position | Flexible Schedule | Philadelphia
We're looking for a kind, motivated SLP-CF to join our Elwyn Early Intervention team in Philadelphia for the 3-5 age group.
At Small Talk Therapeutic Services, we do things differently. We're a neurodiversity-affirming, therapist-owned practice that centers child-led, strengths-based care. We support young children and their families in ways that honor individuality, connection, and autonomy.
Our Culture:
We center acceptance, kindness, and equity in everything we do. We work to dismantle ableist norms and support children in ways that honor their autonomy, sensory needs, and communication preferences. Our team is made up of thoughtful clinicians who support each other and share a passion for neurodiversity-affirming work.
What We Offer:
- Base salary of $75,000 with bonus potential of $10/session once 80% of your CF is complete (typically an additional $3,500)
- $500 sign-on bonus included in first paycheck
- Raise upon completion of your CFY
- Voluntary benefits: dental, vision, and short-term disability (including maternity leave)
- Salaried position; health benefits are not included
- Easy, streamlined documentation system
- Access to shared clinic space and materials
What Makes Us Different:
- Collaboration through monthly team meetings, group texts, newsletters, team events, and presentations
- Mentorship from experienced, ND-affirming SLPs (NLA + AAC trained)
- Access to a lending library of therapy materials, including a laminator and printer
- Community co-working space located in East Falls where you can grab a snack and coffee on us!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide Early Intervention services for children ages 3-5
- Use play-based, family-centered therapy strategies to support communication development
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Create and update goals that are strengths-based and individualized
- Document progress, session notes, and reports in accordance with city/county/state guidelines
- Attend IEP meetings and team consultations as required
- Engage in ongoing learning around language, AAC, sensory regulation, and disability justice
Who We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- PA state provisional license (or eligible)
- Alignment with our values and advocacy
This is a great fit for someone who’s thoughtful, open-minded, and values connection. If that sounds like you, we’d love to talk.
