We are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Team Member / Member Services Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting membership programs, assisting customers with wash selections, and ensuring the car wash facility remains clean, safe, and operational. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, engaging with customers, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Educate customers about wash packages, unlimited membership plans, and promotional offers.
- Assist customers with selecting services that best meet their needs.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed membership enrollment and sales goals.
Operations
- Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel when required.
- Monitor wash equipment and report operational issues to management.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of vacuum stations, parking areas, and wash facilities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming site appearance.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards.
Teamwork
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient site operations.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
- Support coworkers during busy periods and special promotions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company brand professionally.
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience.
- Experience meeting sales goals or promoting membership programs.
- Cash handling and point-of-sale experience.
