Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license required
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) authorization required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Eagerness to collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and educational staff
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with students to support speech-language goals as directed by supervising SLPs
- Assist with individual and group therapy sessions in classrooms and other school settings
- Collect and document student progress data accurately
- Support the development and adaptation of therapy materials
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors, teachers, and families
- Help ensure a positive, inclusive environment for all students receiving services
