Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling clients and caregivers.
- Coordinate caregiver coverage based on client needs and staff availability.
- Manage schedule changes, call-outs, and replacement coverage.
- Communicate schedule updates with clients, families, and caregivers.
- Assist with new client start-of-care scheduling.
- Recruit, interview, and assist with onboarding new caregivers and staff.
- Post job openings and follow up with qualified applicants.
- Maintain an active pool of caregivers to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Match caregivers with clients based on skills, experience, personality, and availability.
- Track caregiver credentials, availability, and required employment documentation.
- Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist with general client coordination and office administrative duties.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with patient management software.
- Knowledge of health regulation policies, medical terminology, and health insurance processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for phone conversations and client interactions, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information responsibly by maintaining confidentiality in compliance with privacy laws.
- Basic typing skills for accurate data entry and documentation purposes.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
