Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled vibratory plow Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty bore machines used for underground drilling and construction projects. Your expertise will help ensure precise, efficient, and safe installation of utilities, pipelines, and other infrastructure components. Responsibilities
- Operate Vermeer & ditch witch machines with precision to meet project specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other heavy equipment operators to coordinate activities.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of plow sites, including excavation support using excavators, loaders, dozers, and backhoes.
- Monitor progress, adjust equipment as needed, and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of machine operation, project progress, and safety inspections.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction or utility installation projects.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, tankers, and Caterpillar machinery.
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and OSHA standards.
- Ability to read technical manuals and interpret project plans accurately.
- Construction site experience involving excavation, paving, or underground utilities is highly desirable.

- The current Tractor line up we use are ditchwitch 120 quad, Vermeer’s 1250 x2, astec, ditch witch 410, we strongly prefer someone with experience on this platform
- We also have two stick bore machines
