We’re a fast-growing arts & crafts supply company with both e-commerce and retail operations. Our customers rely on us for quick, accurate fulfillment, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role that touches every part of the order lifecycle and offers opportunities to grow as we scale.
What You’ll Do
As an E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in making sure every order gets out the door accurately and on time. Responsibilities include:
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Receive, barcode, and stock inbound inventory; maintain organization across shelves and bins.
- Shipping Operations: Purchase and print shipping labels, prepare packages for carrier pickup, and troubleshoot issues with carriers as needed.
- Quality Control: Verify orders before shipment, ensuring the right products, quantities, and packaging are used.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues such as damaged goods, misplaced inventory, or order discrepancies.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to workflows, inventory organization, and order handling.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, retail operations, or a related field.
- Comfort with technology (Shopify, ShipStation, barcode scanners, or similar systems).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Dependability — shows up consistently and can be trusted to follow through.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
- Compensation: $17/hr with raise to $19/hr after 90 days with satisfactory performance
